Women's Center

WILCO Women's Center is a free women's center providing onsite pregnancy tests and additional pregnancy and reproductive health resources, services, and support. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit in Texas.


The information presented on this website is intended for general education purposes only and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional and/or medical services. We do not refer or provide termination services, but provide education and information on abortion. All services are confidential and free of charge.

We provide limited obstetric ultrasounds to help estimate how far along you are and determine whether a pregnancy can be seen in the uterus. An ultrasound alone cannot rule out an ectopic pregnancy. Contact us to learn more.
